PROMO ADDONS - Horizon Shader
Horizon Shader is a soft, atmospheric shader for Minecraft Bedrock that keeps the vanilla look while adding a realistic sky, glowing sun and moon, natural lighting and living weather.
Supports: Windows (1.26.52+) and Android (1.26.52+)
[DAY] [NIGHT]
FEATURES
- Sky: A warm, natural sky with golden sunrises and sunsets, and a bright sun with a soft glow and light streaks.
- Sun and moon: Soft glow, light streaks and a lens flare, with a clear crescent moon at night.
- Night: Deep blue night clouds, scattered stars and a glowing moon halo.
- Clouds: Soft volumetric clouds in different styles that react to the weather. Far clouds fade into the horizon haze. A sea of clouds when you fly above them, and a soft mist when you fly inside them.
- Lighting: Soft natural lighting, warm torch light and a 3D player shadow.
- Water: Reflections of the sky and landscape, a sparkling sun glitter, and golden sunset reflections. Underwater light patterns (caustics) when you swim.
- Metal and ice: Shiny reflective metal blocks, and glassy reflections on ice and packed ice.
- Rain and storms: Dark stormy skies, rain with ripples and splashes on the ground, and wet blocks. On snow and ice the rain effects switch off and a soft snow sparkle shows instead.
- Rainbow: A rainbow appears on some days as the rain fades away.
- The End: A new End sky with a galaxy, a black hole and a ringed planet, plus light shafts and long shadows from the obsidian pillars.
- Nether and caves: Rich warm glow in the Nether and moody lighting in dark caves.
- Aurora: An optional Aurora subpack for night skies.
- Performance: Android has a built-in phone mode with the same look, made to run on low-end phones.
